Any order discrepancies must be reported immediately after receipt of purchase. All past due invoices are subject to a monthly service charge of 1-1.5%, at an annual rate of 18%. Purchaser agrees that seller retains a security interest in the goods specified in this document as security for purchaser’s full performance of all obligations arising under this contract. Buyer agrees to pay amounts due pursuant to this invoice in accordance with the terms set forth hereon and agrees to pay reasonable legal fees, court costs, and costs of collection in the event Edmo Asia Pacific incurs such costs relating to recovery of outstanding amounts due. Due to certain manufacturer distribution agreements, although unlikely, from time to time some products displayed may not be available for sale in the Asia Pacific Region. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information you obtain from this website and we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions in this website or your use of this website. Prices listed on this website relating to products displayed on this site may not be current or complete and therefore under no circumstances constitute an offer or undertaking by Edmo Asia Pacific We use our best endeavours to ensure stock availability is as shown on this website and we make no statement that the products listed on this website are currently available at Edmo Asia Pacific warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. Shipping & Delivery
All sales, unless otherwise noted, all consignments are shipped FOB Adelaide, South Australia or FOB Napier, New Zealand. We do not have an order minimum. Prior to finalization of invoice, we do our best to estimate shipping charges for you, but actual charges are determined once your order has been pulled, packed, and logged. The actual number of boxes and the dimensions of the boxes required are not always easy to estimate. Any redelivery fees are on-charged to the customer. Edmo Asia Pacific will nominate the carrier unless instructed otherwise and agreed by Edmo Asia Pacific. All orders are at customers risk ex our warehouse.
In accordance with statutory requirements Edmo Asia Pacific WARRANTS all products imported for sale in Australia and New Zealand. As EDMO ASIA PACIFIC is not the “manufacturer” of the products we sell, all warranty considerations and determinations remain solely with the manufacturer of the product. Most of the manufacturers we represent require all warranty claims and inquiries be handled directly between them and the purchaser of their product. EDMO ASIA PACIFIC is not granted the authority to make warranty/replacement decisions on their behalf. When asked or instructed by the manufacturer to intervene and help remedy a warranty situation for product(s) purchased from Edmo Asia Pacific, by means of a replacement for example, we are happy to provide that assistance. Most of our manufacturer warranty information and policies can be found on their website, as well as packaged with the products. We will be happy to help locate any warranty policy information for you that cannot be located online for product(s) purchased from Edmo Asia Pacific. We appreciate the opportunity to service all our customers. It is our goal to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction that we can while supplying you with the highest quality aviation products available today.
Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation. Call EDMO Asia Pacific and request a return authorization number (RA). The RA must appear on accompanying paperwork. Also, you must reference the invoice number on which the goods were originally purchased and the reason for the return, (the more the information you give us the faster your return will be processed). The returned goods must have been originally purchased from EDMO Asia Pacific. Returned goods must be in new condition in original packaging (unless faulty) and must include all C of C’s and 8130 Release Notes. If you have a product that you purchased directly from Edmo Asia Pacific and believe that it is faulty or not performing as it was designed to – the part may be returned for assessment or repair (Product must be returned within a reasonable time or within the manufacturers’ warranty terms accompanied by “proof of purchase”). If the product is found to be serviceable or not covered under warranty due to other reasons, the product will be returned to you and you will be liable for all costs incurred. (These costs may include freight to and from the manufacturer.) The original invoice will only be credited once the fault has been confirmed, after evaluation by Edmo Asia Pacific staff or the original manufacturer.
